There is a total double standard & people are freaking out about B’s actions to a degree that I dont remember people doing when C did things. I don’t think B dating D really has to do with picking C or D but more that I really think she just needs time to be 21. I dont think she’s been “in” love with L or C this whole season & she’s not with D either, he’s just different and doesn’t carry the pressure of forever.

no one’s writing DB off as endgame. I don’t think they’re being presented that way either. If anything Chuck and Blair are the only ones who share this recurring theme.

I support Chuck and Blair 100% and DB couldn’t entice me in any way but people going at Blair, the way they are is completely irrational and just ridiculous. If i have claim to this fandom, i want others to represent me well and those accusations are just shameful and very dim. Erin, you and i seem to agree most of the time despite our differences in ships and characters. I hope it can remain like that even if the fandom is in crisis.

I guess the part being 21 makes sense but there are several pieces to the puzzle that we don’t know. so i really am not in a position to judge Blair rn. i can have opinions of her behavior but i cannot judge her. I just want to keep a cool composure about the whole thing if possible.
