i didn’t think i would be understanding of Chuck and Eva when i saw them shooting during the summer. But 4x02 was a great episode because it gave Chuck a lot of POV and i actually came to understand why Eva would mean something to him as much as she did. I’m still a chair shipper but yes i agree that Chuck really did want to be with Eva and he possibly loved her. And i think it was understandable for his character at the time. In retrospect, no i don’t mind her.
